We experiencing some delays on a few products

Update on lead times

All our departments at Polar Bear Windows are running at full captivity to provide you with excellent customer service during these demanding times.

Due to the lockdown and restrictive government guidelines in the UK and the rest of the world, many of our supplier/ manufacturers are running low or experiencing delays on products/raw materials – which is effecting our lead times on products. This is an industry-wide issue which we expect to cause delays over the next month or so.

We will not compromise on quality  and are doing the upmost to ensure we get products and materials as quickly as possible.

As soon as we have a delivery date on goods we will book your installations date with you.

How long is the delays?

There are experiencing delays on a few products and those which are effected could experience a 1 to 2 week delay.

What we doing to help

Polar Bear Windows is working hard to keep lead times on products as short as possible.

We are also recruiting more fitters to keep up with demand so when we get the products delivered they can be installed straight away.

Do you have installations date?

If you have been given an installation date – we still expect to complete the installation as stated.

Do I need to do anything?

No, our team is working hard on your behalf. You will be contacted if we need anything from you
