Our fitters work in a friendly environment and with professional approach to installing products to a high standard. Each fitting team is made up of a lead fitter, a support fitter and an apprentice.

If you have experience installing windows, door or conservatories – we would like to hear from you.  Below are a few requirements:

  • 3 year industry experience minimum
  • Attention to detail on every installation
  • Driving licence
  • Based in Bristol/ Bath

Benefits of becoming a Polar Bear Window fitter 

  • Full-time positions available however hours open to negotiation
  • Up to £50k -£70k per year for a lead fitter
