We are so confident in the quality of our products and installation; that we offer a 10-year guarantee.
We have always been dedicated in providing you the best service possible. We are very excited to announce that we have extended our guarantee at no cost to you. We believe we have some of the best products on the market and our expert fitters means we can provide a 20 year guarantee. See below for a breakdown of the new guarantees and if they affect you.
Installation
20 year guarantee on the installation of products being secured in place.
UPVC Window profile
White frames
20 year guarantee against bending, bowing, warping and cracking.
Coloured/foiled frames
10 year guarantee against bending, bowing, warping and cracking.
Aluminium window profiles
20 year guarantee against bending, bowing, warping and cracking.
Doors
10 year guarantee against bending, bowing, warping and cracking.
Glass
10 year guarantee against cracks and moisture entering the sealed unit.
Moving parts
Handles, hinges, locks and ancillary fixtures have a 10 year guarantee against mechanical failures.
Terms and conditions
After installation, the products must be maintained inline with our Maintenance and Care Guide. Products must not be exposed to neglect, excessive force or abuse. 20 year guarantee reduced to 10 year guarantee if you sell the property and the remaining period from the 10 year is passed onto the new homeowner. An inspection will need to happen before the new guarantee are issued and an admin fee is paid. Other terms and conditions apply – see our terms and conditions for full details.
Security pledge
We’re so confident in the quality of our products and installation that we off er a unique 10 year security pledge:
If you suffer a forced entry gained via the locking security system on any window or door supplied and installed by us, we will replace and install it free of charge
Enquiries are only valid with a Police crime number and within 4 weeks of the incident. Replacement products will be of similar specification to the original purchase.
